Quicksilver is a BookTok fan favorite! gave it 5 stars because it was an absolute addictive book! It started with Saeris who lives in the poorest part of an abusive kingdom. They didn't even have clear water. She is a thief who finds a portal where the handsome Kingfisher comes through and takes her to the Fae World.
If I could’ve given this book a 6⭐ I would have!! Wow, it’s been a long time since I’ve found my type of vampire books & this was IT!! Not only is the story top tier, but also the banter & love between the main characters was BLAZING HOT! Great balance between story plot & romance. The concept of the book itself is brilliant! This book felt like it is happening. The story follows FMC Saeris Fane human born in a poor, disgusting world who goes through a portal and meets MMC a grumpu, strong Fae male warrior named Kingfisher. This leads to Saeris finding out about this new Fae world, the war happening, & most importantly about herself.
Fans of Game of Thrones, ACOTAR, Throne of Glass & Fourth Wing will love this in my opinion.
